I have been practicing yoga since 2013 and fell in love with the way I felt after a session. I started instructing in 2015 and realized I loved teaching people how to take care of their body.
I love helping people make a positive change in life and breaking past the limitations we set for ourselves.”
Savanna is a Rehabilitation Technician at Provident Medical, a Personal Trainer at Bodyplex Fitness of Jasper, and the Owner and Certified Yoga Instructor at New Growth Yoga
