Craniosacral therapy, or cranial sacral therapy (CST), is a gentle, noninvasive and hands-on treatment that may provide relief from pain, like headaches and neck pain, side effects of cancer treatment and more. CST calms the Nervous System and aids the body in aligning & healing itself. A healthcare provider may recommend CST in addition to other forms of treatment.

Stimulate Lymphatic Drainage, Gently Exfoliate, and Increase Circulation to reduce signs and symptoms of swelling and inflammation, while promoting a beautiful healthy glow.

Includes the Vodder Technique to gently open and stimulate main Lymph Node Areas (at neck/shoulders, underarms, abdomen and inner thighs). Followed by Dry Brushing, and a Full Body Massage consisting of upward strokes (distal to proximal) using our Lymphatic Oil or Lotion.

This Session incorporates Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique). Manual lymphatic drainage is a type of gentle/light manual manipulation of the skin, not to be confused with massage, that encourages the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

Good for recovery from illness (i.e. COVID), pre-op for any surgery, decreasing inflammation & discomfort from conditions such as Fibromyalgia or Rheumatoid Arthritis, Palliative Care, & reduction of inflammation/pain from many other conditions.

This Session may also be scheduled for Post-Operations – Reconstructive or Cosmetic Surgeries: Ex. Mastectomy, Tummy Tuck, BBL).

Lymphatic Drainage is good for recovery from most surgery, decreasing swelling, inflammation & discomfort, and reducing the risk of issues associated with surgery such as fibrosis.

ALL Post-Op Clients MUST schedule to be seen within the first week post-op, and at least one more session within 7days.
This is necessary to receive the best results.

Your First Session will be 90 Minutes and include a Full Body Treatment.
All subsequent sessions will be one hour, specific to surgery type.
